Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in the same condition as received

  • returned in their original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as MXA Studios cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.


No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom orders and made-to-order items

  • 3D printing services, prototyping services, and bespoke work

  • Personalised or custom-configured products

  • Digital files or downloadable content

These items are produced specifically to customer requirements and cannot be resold.

There are no final sale items beyond the exclusions listed above.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • your item arrives damaged

  • your item is defective

  • you receive the wrong item

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@mxastudios.co.uk.


EU & UK Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
For custom-made and personalised items, the statutory right to cancel does not apply once production has begun.
