Production & Dispatch Times

All items produced by MXA Studios are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Our typical production lead time is 2–3 working days from order approval. This includes file review where applicable, manufacturing, quality checks, and packaging.

Orders are dispatched once production is complete. You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Please note that production times may vary during busy periods. If your order is time-critical, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Catalogue Products

Shipping is free on all catalogue products unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom Orders & Services

For custom orders and services (including 3D printing, prototyping, and bespoke work), shipping costs are as follows:

  • Flat-rate UK shipping: £3.95

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £30

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is taken.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days within the UK. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Delays & Delivery Issues

MXA Studios is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. MXA Studios cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-sent.

International Shipping

At present, MXA Studios ships within the UK only unless otherwise agreed in advance.
